I thought that an outside source would be a good reference point to start but this answering service was rude and unhelpful about my queries. I asked if this hospice organization was affiliated with N.K.C. hospital and if they used United Way as a vehicle to receive monies. The female had no time for my questions....she must have been otherwise busy. I imagine it must have been something like sitting on her thumb and spinning. too bad, so sad. go elsewhere....this place must have enough money or, they need to trim off some the hirelings.
