Family Skating Center is conveniently located on Virginia Avenue, not far from interstate 81.
They offer skate rentals, special family nights, teen nights and have a great little concession area.
The kids really enjoy going here because it's more active and modern than some other skating rinks. However, this skating rink isn't always as family friendly as others. Often you'll find it full of preteens and teenagers whose parents just dropped them off.
The admission price and skate rental prices are average.
As a form of family exercise and entertainment it's good to watch for the family skate times offered.
