When I moved to the Twin Citied a year ago, I was overwhelmed by the number of salons in the area as I am from a small town in Michigan. I'm VERY picky about my hair so I tried what I thought was the best, a pricey uptown salon with a lot of devoted customers. I went there 3 times, each time asking for my hair to be cut in a specific way, and each time leaving disappointed. That's when a friend recommended Twiggs. From the moment I sat down, I was the center of attention. The stylist, Jessica, listened to what I wanted and tailored my cut to my facial features. I was so happy with the final product and even more so that someone actually LISTENED! Also, you get a free chair massage (HEAVEN!) and parafin hand treatment!
