Good: The service in the store is Outstanding! Water problems/filter problems I always get great service.. Improvements: A better phone system. It is had to get a live person but you realize why when you go to the store, they are very busy.. Other: I'd like to thank Glen and Steve in the lab for the great advice then Steve again for the help with my filter..
