Good: It is a pretty design. That was all that I can say good about it.. Bad: The service. The followup. The mess they made. The un-necessary destruction of my property.. Improvements: Need to be more proactive with their subcontractors. They need to address a problem when it is brought to their attention - when what they really did was just dismiss the customer and blow me off.. Other: I am a business owner and you can see the pics on my business website. The pool looks good - from a distance. Get close and you can see the cracks and the ugly putty they used as a "fix". I have never had a contractor that has defaced and degraded my property as much as Cal Pools has. Their subcontractors had complete disrespect and damaged trees, walkways, gardens, etc. And every time I brought it to their attention, they only response was "We will talk to them about it". Nothing was ever done and nothing.
