We moved to Brunswick about 2 ½ years ago and made Attlios our place for pizza, until today. I placed our order as we do with them most FRI's. We got our usual-pizza and wings. Well we get a knock on the door and it was the young girl that lives 2 doors down with our food!! (And it was COLD!) She said they left it with her? Are you kidding me? The bag with the wings looked like it had been open? I called Attilios and explained, tried to explaine what happen but the lady already had acknowlage of it already saying that the girl called them. I told her (employee at Attilos we did not feel comfortable eating this food since it was handed down the line-and said I would more then likly have to throw it away. She told me she was sorry and pretty much left it at that. I continued to complaine about it as well as explaining I had paid for it with my credit card and who singed for this when the food was delivered and handed over to the wrong person/house? Is there a HUGE tip going to be added to my credit card? "Oh no, that wont happen" She FINALLY! asked if we would like a credit or have it re-delivered. I choose to have it re-made and delivered again! The delivery driver was a very nice young man, and we don't blame him for the mix up. He was new and it should have been explained to him that if you get the wrong house, DO NOT leave it with just ANYONE! We blame Attlios for what happen. The new delivery driver should have been trained correctly!! We should have not been charged for the food and should have got a $22 credit as well. Think they may have lost a good customer (s) over somthing so simple. Good Luck
