After weeks of looking at vehicles and having experiences from annoying to downright awful at a number of dealerships, my husband practically had to drag me to Harris Ford to look at a car. I had pretty much had it with dealerships and did not want to deal with another car salesman. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The sales person was not pushy or patronizing and did not waste our time with the usual back and forth sales pressure. The Sales Manager actually listened to us when we told him what we wanted and what we were willing to pay and both he and the finance manager were very patient and understanding with all of the questions I had. Thanks to everyone at Harris Ford for making my car buying experience as easy and painless as possible.
