We joined the 7-day Los Angeles, Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, Yosemite tour conducted by this company and it was the worst tour we ever experience.
The following are the reasons for it being really bad:
1. When we were picked up from the hotel their bus does not have any sign where it is going. Since there were multiple buses picking up people to different destinations you end up running from one bus to the other to know which bus you belong.
2. The "suggested" restaurants they bring us for lunch and dinner are so isolated that you are forced to eat there. The restaurants are also always the same Eat All You Can Chinese Restaurants.
3. The bus that they used for our trip to Grand Canyon from Las Vegas had a defective air condition unit. We were literally cooked going through thr mojave desert.
4. The stop at Hearst castle is a rip off. If you do not pick up the optional $25 tour then you don't get to see the castle and will be left at the visitor center for 2 hours.
5. The San Francisco hotel is not even in San Francisco and far from any amenities if you plan to walk around yourself
6. The Las Vegas hotel is located in the bad part of the strip. The street where it is has so many homeless and suspicious looking people that you are afraid to venture out at night on hour own.
7. Their tour guides does not have good command of the english language and constantly talk in Chinese.
8. This is really not an english speaking tour.
Overall, this company is the worst tour company i've ever used.
