We recently moved to Marine Corps base housing and out from the Yacht Club Terrace in Kaneohe. When looking online for carpet cleaning services it came down to this one and two others. Honestly, we just wanted to make sure it was done right the first time and cheap, but the other two higher priced had quoted a guarantee. So we were kind of skeptical to go with $9.99 Carpet Cleaners because we were worried about the quality of their work for such a low price.
Couldn't be more impressed, I appreciate the level of professionalism these guys had. Ryan was prompt and courteous and eager to get the job done, he was informative and personable. It was refreshing to hear our concerns clearly understood and they completely delivered since they even cleaned 3yr old candle wax stain from the previous renters before us.
I believe we got the best service for the cheapest price, it wasn't exactly what we we're quoted over the phone for our 1600 sq/ft condo, but every stain and problem area we had was completely removed, and to our surprise, with a guarantee. If we don't pass our inspection, they'll come back to fix it whatever it is no questions asked, but I don't think we'll need it. Great job guys!
