Businiess name:  Bob's Towing & Expert Auto Repair
Review by:  Clevis W.
Review content:
My car was towed to Bob’s Auto and had the fuel regulator replaced. After that the mechanic, Larry, told me the spark plugs and ignition coils needed replaced, for $700. I balked at that price, and requested my car back. I was told the car was not running, so it was towed to my house. (This is funny, because before I declined the repair, I was told the car ran rough.) I found one reason why the car did not run: All of the spark plug wires were disconnected and unlabeled, and one spark plug was completely missing. When Larry was asked about this, he became very hostile, blaming all the cars problems on me, and telling me to “fix it myself.” Excuse me, but I did not pay $335 to have the car returned in such a half-ass condition. A mobile mechanic later finished the repairs, but the car still barely runs. I fear that Larry applied his half-ass style elsewhere on the car. In short, Bob’s tow truck drivers are friendly; just don’t let them tow your car anywhere near their shop.
