Are you looking for a small town salon-like the one in the movie Steel Magnolias? Generation's is the place. They have a very friendly atmosphere.
The stylists are between the age range of mid-20's to late 50's. A Generation of hair stylists for everyone. All of the stylists are female.
Generation's also boasts of waxing services, facial services, ear candeling, and nail services. All of the specialty services are done by one woman, Mary.
In the room where the hair dryers are located, there is a book shelf that people donate used books to. You can "check out" books when you visit and return them on the next.
At Christmas time, Generation's participates in Toys for Tots and also supports the local Cancer Walk.
Generation's is privately owned.
