Businiess name:  Rabile Family Dentistry

Review content:
I used to go to another dentistry and they did all my x-ray and complete check up. But when I moved here, Rabile dentistry did all the x-ray and complete examination again and they found some issues with my teeth. Though my insurance covered most of the expenses, they added some extra charges to the insurance. They didn't informed about the extra charges. So I had to pay from my pocket. EDIT: Don't go there!! The second time I visited them for the cleaning in 6 months, they took the bitewings x-ray again. My insurance covers the bitewings every 12 months. They didn't tell this upfront and send me the invoice for the charges. They claimed the insurance gave wrong information to them. Infact, they failed to verify the insurance coverage. .. This is another way to steal money from patients. American Dental Association recommends bitewings should be taken once in 12-18 months for somebody with tooth issues. This dentist seems to be not reading or not following the ADA guidelines. That is scary..! http://www.ada.org/prof/resources/topics/topics_radiography_statement.pdf Make money by doing whatever procedures they like and bill the patient later saying that the insurance company gave wrong information. I don't consider this lady as a professional. They are not suitable to do business here in US. They should go somewhere else, where their tacticts works. Please friends and neighbours, don't go this place for your dental needs.
