OE is an awesome place! The guys working there are really helpful and laid back. They are really friendly, if you can't find what you need, they will tell you where to get it. They also have a dive club that meets once a week at night to explore the local diving hotspots. On those nights, rentals are half off, which is just an unbeatable deal. When you rent diving or snorkle gear from them, they'll tell you all the best spots to go. They also rent kayaks and have nice, reliable and informed SCUBA instructors.
