Review content:
I was recommended by a friend to go to this Spa. Being slightly skeptical, I went and was pleasantly surprised from all angles. The locker/change room area, shower room, bathrooms, relaxation rooms are all clean and comfortable. Also, every attendant is friendly and professional. The facial I tried was excellent, and the aesthetician was also professional and did a great job with the facial massage as well as the massages for the arms, head, shoulder, legs. Also, I tried the manicure and pedicure; both exceeded my expectations in the level of service and attentiveness. I think the Spa is a hidden gem, and I like this much better than other Spas I have tried in OC and even compared to some in NYC.
Pros: Relaxing, clean, great facials, massages and manicures, service/professionalism
Cons: Spa located in basement so no view
