Review content:
I brought a box of name brand NEVER worn kids clothing. No greeting @ the door..just barked out orders as to where to put my box then she told me 'you have too many items to stay. You will have to come back' wich is nice of her to tell me what to do. I no sooner got in my car than she called to let me know (with A LOT of attitude) that they 'glanced' at my stuff & wouldn't be taking any of them due to a 'strong smoke smell'. I don't smoke. Noone in my family does but the clothes were in a box used to ship camel cartons I had gotten from work. She told me I had to pick them up right away. To make it worse, she didn't even give me enough time to walk back in the store...just shoved th box in my arms in the parking lot. I left feeling awful. Took my stuff to kid to kid & got 50 bucks & they said they could smell no smoke. Plus, the lady from kid to kid said sorry to me for being treated the way I had @ other mother. That is what customer service is. I will NEVER step foot In other mother again.
