Review content:
I was looking for a nice durable gutter system because I have had issues with water damage to my home. A Gutter Shutter rep came to my home and showed my husband and I the product today, which I have to say I was pleased with. We weren't pleased with the price which we were given of about $2500. I will say the salesman did work to get the price down more which I appreciated the effort. However, when we informed him that it still wasn't going to work for us at this particular time he became very rude. We tried to reassure him that we did want the product, but it was going to take some time to come up with the funds. He was just very smart at the mouth and disrespectfull, which made my husband very upset. We were genuinely going to purchase the product. However, if the sales person could be so rude even prior to us purchasing, I could imagine how difficult it could be if we had an issue with the product in the future. I truly do feel like they probably have the best product for us, however, we might not use them even when we do get the money simply because the staff was rude and pushy. It's a shame, because it DOES look like a good product.
