It started off ok...rented a costume...brought it back (without the hangers) and the same lady that helped before said you will not get your deposit ($100) back until the hangers were returned. I offered to pay for the hangers at their cost...she ripped up my receipt in a bout of anger and frustration and tried to shove it into my front shirt pocket...maybe she forgot to take her medication but that is no excuse. There is nothing in the contract about hanger return, no one talked to me about hanger return...if its that big of a deal to the success or failure of a business....maybe they should switch to a cheaper hanger...or fail as a business. Costume Capers needs to change business models or employees if they want to remain in SLO!
Maybe another option perhaps with better customer service!!!
