I have been seeing Lisa for almost 10 months and I can honestly say my experience has been fabulous. Lisa was my first step towards increasing my exercise routine in pursuit of improving my overall health and losing weight. I came to Lisa nervous, intimidated by the concept of Pilates and insecure. Lisa immediately made me feel comfortable, encouraged me and is such a fabulous teacher. She truly loves her job and it shows in everything she does. She is a perfect mix of tough love and genuine caring and support. My body has absolutely changed from pilates for the better and I find it therapeutic overall. I highly recommend Lisa...she is worth the investment!
