very clean, very friendly. Great location. quick access to everything on the Cape. hotel was spotless, within walking distance of several resteraunts varying in price ranges. we did not take advantage of either of the pools or sauna's, but we did look at them and might just do so when we go back again next year It's quick access to Rte 6 and the National Seashore. less than an hour to Provincetown or the bridges right off rte 6 main artery to the entire Cape
