I installed my first radio at this shop back in 2004 and I was real happy to know that they would be willing to trade in my $200.00 radio in exchange or credit for another radio that costs $600.00 I received the $200.00 credit and paid $487.00 for a DVD in-dash radio which resulted in unfortunate installation of the system. The technician did not install the radio brackets screws causing a thief to take the whole radio out of the dash with bracket and all. Word of advice fully inspect all the installed equipment and ask a lot of questions about the installations. If the technician is not cooperative in answering your questions then ask for a second opinion from another radio installation site. I do not want what happened to my radio installation to happen to another person who may have spent a lot of money in equipment and the radio may easily be stolen.
