Review content:
Arlington Food Assistance Center provides supplemental groceries for Arlington county residents who can not meet their own basic needs. They partner with groups such as the boy scouts to collect dry food and distribute that food directly to those in need. The center is valuable for those who need food assistance and also for those who wish to help It is run by a volunteer board, 10 employees and the assistance of over 400 volunteers. If you would like to help out the major food drive is in April. During the summer months donations drop off, so at that time they are in need of food donations.
