Saigon Noodle House is located in the Enchanted Lake Shopping Center in Kailua. Saigon offers a variety of Vietnamese food, including pho (Vietnamese soup with noodles), which has become increasingly popular in the islands.
Saigon’s pho has a very fragrant base and comes with a generous supply of cilantro, Thai basil and bean sprouts. I also enjoy the shrimp fried rice and the spring rolls (served with lettuce, cucumbers, noodles, and an awesome fish sauce for dipping).
I order from Saigon enough that the staff recognizes my voice when I place phone order and often automatically remember my specific requests. Saigon’s success and popularity has spawned a sister restaurant in Kaneohe.
