Review content:
My husband suffered a broken hip due to a malfunctioning elevator sensor in the apartment building we used to live in. Since we are not insured, my daughter sought some legal advice and Brian Smith took the case.
It took about a year for the settlement, but every step of the way we were kept in the loop either by phone call and/or letters. Whenever I had a question, my daughter was able to speak on my behalf (while I was at work), which never posed a problem with Brian or anyone in his office.
A really nice gesture from the office was receiving not only a Christmas card that year signed by everyone, but also my husband (who was technically their client since he suffered the injury) received a birthday greeting from them as well.
