In my seemingly endless search for high-end barstools for our home, I discovered American Games. There you can choose from several designs of chairs and fabrics to create the perfect chair for your bar or kitchen island.
The staff was friendly and super helpful. They sent back the chairs to the manufacturer the first time, because they weren't satisfied with the way the fabric was put on (pattern at an angle).
They also sell high end pool tables and dart boards and accessories like poker chips.
