I purchased my wedding gown from BT and initially the experience started off as a good one, then after a few months everything that could go wrong did:
1. My undergarments went missing and I was told that I didn't purchase them when I did and I had the receipt.
2. My bridesmaids were over charged by over $150 for dresses that I had already received quotes on.
3. My headpiece wasn't ordered and when it was ordered and finally arrived (just a couple of weeks before the wedding), it was the wrong one and I had already paid for it.
My mother and I never argue and we argued the entire time we worked with BT. It doesn't matter if you are nice or rude to them because when I was nice everything got screwed up and when my mom was rude everything got screwed up.
By the week before my wedding I actually was waiting for them to tell me that my dress disappeared because that is how badly things were going. It was an awful and stressful experience and really not worth the hassle, I advise everyone to go elsewhere!!!
