Review content:
Being that this was the first Mercedes we have ever bought, I was extremely apprehensive. However, the saleswoman, Kristy, went above and beyond in allaying any of our preconceived fears with buying a certified pre-owned vehicle. She answered all of our questions and was both friendly and knowledgeable. Not quite what we expected since most sales people are extremely pushy. When dealing with Kristy, we never felt pressured and she ensured that we got a very fair deal on our 2006 S430. We highly recommend that if you are interested in purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle at Silver Stars Motors that you take the time to seek her out. Even after we purchased the vehicle she has followed up with us (on numerous occassions) to ensure that we were happy and that there were no unresolved issues. As far as salespeople go, she is definitely a cut above what you would expect: fair, honest and full of integrity.
