Review content:
California Pools is a pool design company. They come to your house and give you a free estimate and discuss different pools scenarios. We had an estimate done, and than went to the Showroom on Litchfield to discuss all of the options. Prices are extremely high, and they keep telling you that they can't go any lower. They never called us back to see if we had any other questions, or wanted to sign a contract. I guess some companies have so much business, that by offering bad customer service to one person is no big deal. Customer Service is a big deal to me! It basically sells the product.
