I tried to purchase a phone here recently and the first thing I noticed was that the employees for this company do not take customer service very seriously. I attempted to gain help from the manager (Nicole). She seemed like she wasnt too concerned about my needs. Then when I got to the point of purchase they did not even have the device in stock.. Then I found out they are just a franchise location I cannot fully service there customers if they even have any.
I would not recommend purchasing anything from this location or any other affiliates of this company.
