Review content:
Long & Scott Farms is the only farm that still grows famous Zellwood Sweet Corn. All the other farms were bought out/shut down by the St. Johns Water Mgt & the state, because of the pollution problems to Lake Apopka -- Long & Scott Farms was able to stay in business because they were a sand farm, not a muck farm like the others.
If you've never tasted genuine Zellwood Sweet Corn, you're in for a treat!! It does cost a bit more than regular corn but is well worth it. The market also carries a good variety of other produce that is grown at their farm and picked fresh daily.
Well worth the drive up to Zellwood to get farm-fresh delicious corn!
