Businiess name:  Michigan Renaissance Festival
Review by:  Britanny M.
Review content:
Good: I loved the experience of visitng the renaissance fair for the sights and sounds and the feel of stepping back in time.. Bad: My sister-in-law convinced me to finally go out to the fair with her (she goes every year) and I brought my two children, ages 5 and 8 with me. we were walking around looking for a place to sit and relax out of the sun and crowd. It was difficult enough to find places to sit since there are hardly any benches around. We finally found a spot and when we did, a girl came out of a gated area and was screaming profanities at the top of her lungs and she barged past us and almost knocked my son over.. Improvements: It took us an hour of walking around and asking anyone in a costume if there was a management office or someone we could complain to about this girl. We stopped at one of the places that sells food, and the girl working there called a security guy for us, and he escorted us to the information desk. They lady there told us that they weren't responsible for patron's behavior but if they were out of hand they'd deal with it. We told her that we remembered seeing the same girl in the parade.. Other: The lady working the information booth asked us to describe her, since there were a lot of both actors and people who worked at the booths who participated in the daily parade. My sister-in-law happened to see the girl's picture on the brochure they hand out at the gate! The lady seemed to recognize her and she told us that the situation would be "dealt with." I have no idea what was ever done but this young lady certainly did not leave us with a good impression. We will NOT be returning!.
