Of course most reviews are full of outrage and anger... Lots of big time negative venting .. On the other hand I had a "smooth as silk" event a few days ago with Covert Body Shop... So easy was what could have been a giant headache,,, I thought I ought to give proper credit after reading a couple of service reviews that spoke of a place I didn't encounter... Hooking up w/my insurance company .. no problem... they actually did most of the dealing w/them for me... They hooked me up w/Enterprise just down the street so I had a rental to remind me how much I like my personal car.. The quality of the work is wonderful... When they detailed the car as part of their service,, they got rid of some finish flaws that weren't part of repair that were needed... So go figure... I'm not used to defending a business .. and knowing how these chat room venues work... I'm no doubt out of my league speaking up for a job well done.. ..
