Review content:
John and his wife are very nice! Unfortunately John told me he could wax my floors and they would turn out shiny and polished. After his waxing service the floors look milky coated and inconsistent. There are patches that have a thick whitish residue. I asked John what all this was about and he told me it was because my floors were porous and it would take a few waxing treatments to get the desired results. I was slightly sceptical of this response so I called another company to come and give me a second opinion. This company said it was absolutely not the floors, and it was the way the floors were waxed. Now John will not give me a refund until I have the floors redone. I don't have a huge problem with this except the price of the floors being stripped and now redone is a lot more money! I question if its worth taking Thrifty to court over this. When you tell someone you are providing a service and it doesn't turn out like you say it will, you have no right to charge the customer! Beware, you might not get what you signed up for.....
