My wife and I recently purchased a champion line french bulldog and we wanted the best care. We called and asked around about many different Veternarian offices that could give us what we wanted-we then chose Honolulu Pet Clinic. As our first time being in the office we did not know quite what to expect but we left with MUCH more then we expected and here is why. From the moment we walked into the office we were greeted with genuinely happy personnel. That means a huge deal to us because we are in the service industry and we know how much that means to customers. The staff is very welcoming and treated our puppy like a champion. I am not so great with names but EVERYONE who was there working on January 27th 2011 deserves a special nod of appreciation and many thanks for making us feel so comfortable. Dr.Kondo was very personable and answered the many, many questions that we had. He and his staff are people who generally care for each individual pet. Talking with Dr. Kondo was like talking to an old friend. He sat with us and thoroughly examined our Frenchie and explained what is good, what is okay and what is bad for our Frenchie. In these bad economic times it's nice to see people who actually care about their clients. We left feeling like we could not have chosen a better office for our puppy. I HIGHLY recommend the HONOLULU PET CLINIC. The prices are very fair.
