Honestly, I wanted to post a piece of my mind, but I have to say, these guys did me right! About 2 months ago, I had them come out and install a lock on the door. By the time the guy left, the lock was working great! But about 1 month later it would stick from time to time and then finally, it just wouldn’t open. When I called them back, I was expecting them to not help, but to my surprise, they came right out, unlocked the door to let me in, and fixed the lock! They didn’t charge me a penny either! So instead of a bad review, I have to admit they did the right thing and took care of me. That is something that I’m still surprised about, and something that will earn them a good reference should I know anyone in need of a good locksmith.
