I have rented from North Natomas Storage for approx. 1 year. I prepaid my 1st 6 months the day I rented & was always current until last month. Thinking I would just pay in person on the 12th of the current month, they had already locked me out of my unit, charged me $10 and treated me like I was a felon. Their policy is to lock you out on the 10th day and charge you $10. They send you a lien notice 14 days after the 1st, charge you a $20 fee & you still cannot access your unit. These people are criminal. You will regret ever doing business with them.
Pros: None-the rating system required 1 star, they are a 0 star.
Cons: This business is borderline criminal.
