I completely understand how tips are calculated when using a coupon and always tip 20% on the initial total amount if the service was deserving.
You're in the service industry and if you all will make an issue of accepting coupons and try to embarrass the patrons when they try to use it, then you should not sign up to accept them. I was a patron for 8+ years before I used the coupon for the first time and Blackstone's made me feel embarrased.
Btw, should you be giving yourselves a 5 star rating to offset the poor reviews?
