Review content:
My wife and have seen the office in Newnan for the past few years now, and were at first very pleased with them: My wife is deadly afraid of dentist, but they managed to make her feel comfortable enough to go there. We did always feel a little pressed when it came to procedures they said we needed, but were able to resist them most of the time, feeling replacing existing feelings that did not bother me, could wait.
Then my wife was told she needed a crown urgently, the tooth was falling apart and a new filling was no longer possible, due to the previous treatments. We agreed, but to our surprise the insurance company refused to pay the treatment, because they considered a crown premature. I have since seen the information they were provided with by Nanston Dental Group and two independent dentists have agreed with the insurance company stance! Not only did we always have issues with billing: Free cleaning always cost us extra, or the insurance company only covered less than they promised, but in this case Nanstan Dental Group keeps going back to the "you signed a statement" and " we only care about the patient best interest". Yes, we agreed to the procedure, best on your medical knowledge, or now lack off. I cannot believe that they basically told me that I should have gotten an second opinion before I agreed to an opinion!
The name change (to Great Expressions) was also never announced to us, a little strange if you have been a patient for several years, and you have the so called patient best interest at hard!
Do go there, or get at least a second opinion before you have any work done!
