I have used this company for maintenance service in the past without any issues. I recently had a problem with an appointment-he didn't show up the first time, and said it was because he was having a problem with his cell phone. I understand these things can happen, so I rescheduled. He came a few days later but did not have the proper equipment/chemicals to handle my problem, even though I clearly described what service I needed over the phone. He said he would come back two days later with the proper gear, but again did not show up.
