I go out of my way to visit this particular Dunkin Donuts every day. I like the coconut flavor in my coffee, but I think most Dunkin Donuts dilute the flavoring to reduce costs. I actually tasted a drop of the coconut flavoring on my finger at one Dunkin Donuts and there was no taste to it! As a general rule of thumb I order "Double Coconut" due to this. However at this store coconut tastes like coconut and it's the only one that I ask for a single shot. Also, Cody is a wonderful asset to this store. He's very organized and goes out of his way to provide superior customer service. You should promote him to district manager. Maybe he could see to it that other CT Dunkin Donuts use coconut flavoring that actually has some taste & show them how to focus on the customer!
