Bill was very professional,kind & nice & he helped us find the car we were looking for. I was really interested in a Hybrid with gas prices rising & also as a matter of priciple - I think everyone should be driving one in the future, not only to cut down on a our need for gas, but also it is ecologically the thing to do. I had look at the Toyota Pruus & liked it, but it was a little more money than I wanted to spend & the WOW factor wasn't there. I asked to look at the Insight, but was not crazy about the design & look of the car. Bill suggested I look at a CRZ. I looked at several & found one I loved. I bought a gorgeous Northshore blue one may I add for the price I was willing to spend. I LOVE it. I never though I could get my midlife crisis cute car & a hybrid in one. This one ceratinly fills the bill. Everywhere I go people comment on it & I have been singing it's praises. Even going through a drivethrough of a store - "I love your car - what kind is it?" I think Bill is to be commended for listening to his customers (my husband & I) & getting us into a vehicle that is perfect for us in every way! Thank you Bill!!!
