Review content:
A couple days ago, we required an emergency service call for our A/C system for what thankfully turned out to be not as serious of a problem as we thought. At around 9:45 that night, our front door bell rang, so I approached the door and could see someone who represented Weathermaster, as his shirt so indicated. The young man was more than just an ordinary technician. From the second he walked into our house, Brandon made us feel right at ease. He couldn't have been more polite and charming. I guided him to the problem area and he returned to assure us that the problem had been solved. He explained the issue and demonstrated what we could do in the future if the problem reoccurred, as it required just a simple fix. After troubleshooting another noise issue involving our outdoor unit, he came back inside to summarize his visit, accept our payment and then disappeared into the night. I cannot say enough good things about the young man. He was so enthusiastic about his job, and his professionalism, combined with his personality, I give Weathermaster two thumbs up for their specialists.
