I was greeted by Harry Pho a service advisor as soon as I stepped out of my auto. He listened to my concerns and made sure that they were addressed by the technician.
When the service was completed Harry came to the waiting area and informed that I was ready to go. The auto was washed top to bottom and left in the service drive for for my convenience.
