I bought a Genie Intellicode garage door remote and tried to install it myself. Needless to say it did not go to well. I called this garage door company/contractor and they came out to fix my mistakes. They never rubbed it in my face or tried to make me feel bad. They gave me a high five for my effort and then did it the right way.
