Review content:
Good: Old Fashioned 'Lost in Time' Feel To the Store. Bad: The store is stuck with it's own stuffy rude manager and associates who all suffer from 'Small Town' condition. A store guest gets the feeling there is no room for opening or introducing sales to upcoming younger buyers. They cater to a very small and limited type of customers.. Improvements: Any improvement to Customer Service would be advised, suggested and recommended.. Other: My husband won a purse at a silent auction which Earl Williams Clothing had donated. Since it was a surprise, I hadn't seen the purse until I went to pick it up. I then decided I'd prefer a much less flashy style and brought it still in it's original packing to the store. I wanted to ask about any possible exchange policy - The manager herself showed visable disdain for my friendly and cheerful inquiry. Don't bother with this very passe' family business. They're an example of how NOT to run a business..
