Recently had to have the clutch replaced on my old 95 Jeep Wrangler and I was referred to Transplant Transmission by a friend.
They were a bit away from my house, was my only complaint, but not too far and they offered a fair price and could do the swap out that day. I went in at about 11:00am and they got the Jeep right in.
I waited around for my car to be fixed. It was lunch time and the guy in the office offered to have one of the guys grab me a sub sandwich since he was heading out to get lunch for everyone. I was surprised at the level of customer service I received from them. I do not think I have ever been offered more than a cup of coffee and a cookie.
A little while after lunch, they had the repair complete and I was headed home, full and happy. Thank you for the great job, you made a new customer and thank you Paul for the referral.
