A friend of mine came here to get a manicure and ended up with dried blo*d crusted in her cuticles...I actually have not even been to this salon, but the fact that every bad review was responded by the salon making excuses and assuming that they knew every single case, I don't care to find out if this salon is worth going to. Some of these responses from the salon are posted 2 months after the post they are responding to and considering these peoples NAMES are not on the post, I certainly don't trust these extremely defensive responses from the buisness. Sounds to me like there is some confusion among clients about hairstyling and what is included. Thank you citysearch and finishing touch salon for ruling out one of my salon choices!
