Review content:
Sadly I had my last visit with Dr. Vonk just a few months ago as I am now 18 and can no longer be treated under a pediatric dentist. I never understood when I was little about the television shows where the children were deathly afraid of the dentist. I was beyond thrilled when my mom would announce it was time to get my teeth checked. Dr. Vonk is wonderful with kids. Hes getting older, and the last time I was there he told me he was planning on retiring soon. Ive never been treated by a different dentist there (I believe they have 3 in the building) but Im sure they would be good as well. After your teeth are checked, you were always allowed to pick a prize out of the prize basket. Sometimes he even let me have two. They also always had stickers. If Dr. Vonk was planning on still doing pediatric dentistry by the time I have children, I would most definitely pick him. I have never had a cavity in my life!
