Ive been searching for a Property Management company in Phoenix Area for the last couple days. But it is getting hard and confusing, DWP seems very reasonably priced, answer there phone calls right away and return them, had 3 people from there company email me and try yo answer any questions. Heres the confusing part, with DWP and other property mang companys Ive tryed searching for reviews with ones like I just read on this site, all of them are mixed, either good or bad. I think a lot of them are BS. I noticed the 3 reviews on this site are NO where near the phoenix area. I have not hired DWP yet, I am weighing my options but I will say be cautious when reading negative reviews about any prop management company's.
