Review content:
I Was offered a deal on a MDX and I informed them that I had to think it over, which was ok by them.
15 minutes later, I call them on the phone and said that I agree and will go there the next day to close the deal.
Nightmare starts when salesperson says to wait 10 minutes the following day. She ignores me for 2 hours. I went 3 days in a row each time it was a different story. They refused to give me the deal. The worst experience ever.
This dealer is dishonest and they couldn't care less for your budget. They are sharks and are out to get every cent they can off you.
Pros: Acura makes good cars, which you can fortunately get elsewere.
Cons: big time liars from the manager on down.
