I was looking for a dramatic change to my current style but had no idea what I wanted. Abby took the time to get to know me first and help me discover what would be the right look for me. Since it was a dramatic change, I was considering cutting a lot of hair and she mentioned that I was close enough to being able to donate my hair, which has been a long time goal of mine. Knowing that, we decided to go extra short to donate. I asked her if it was so extreme, could she make it cute and sassy?with a smile on her face she ensured me that sassy is what it will be. She sure was right! I have had more compliments from this hairstyle than any I have ever had before. It is more than I had hoped for and I am very grateful for her advice. Not only did she give me a super cute haircut, but she taught me how to do it myself at home as she styled it for me, then she told me to call if I had any questions (no one does that anymore). The customer service is exquisite! She?s magnificent!
Our daughter had her hair cut with Christen and she was great. Our daughter is almost 7 yrs, and right away she spoke to her on a very personable and kind level. Christen asked her all sorts of questions that made our daughter very comfortable and feel extra special. She had our daughter pick how she wanted it styled and it made her feel like a superstar. She has a very soft and sweet personality.
